Revisit dates

Some decisions should be checked later: did the new process work, is the vendor still the right one? A revisit date schedules that check and keeps what you found with the decision.

Scheduling a revisit

The decision's owner, approvers and admins choose Set a revisit date… under Revisit, at any time, including after approval. When the date arrives, everyone subscribed is reminded to check whether the decision held up. Change the date, or clear it to cancel.

Recording what happened

Choose Record what happened and write the outcome: did it hold up, what would you do differently? The revisit is then marked Checked. The outcome can be edited later.
