What counts as a seat?
Every person who signs in to your organization counts as one seat, whether they're an admin, approver, or member.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, for the Cloud Service, anytime from Settings. Self-Hosted licenses are annual only.
What happens if we grow past our licensed seats on Self-Hosted?
Nothing breaks. Admins see a notice in the app, and you can add another pack of 10 seats at your next renewal.
Does the Self-Hosted license need internet access to work?
No. The license file is verified locally against your own usage. Nothing about it phones home.
