Admins find these pages in the Account menu, at the top right.

Users and invitations

Under Manage users:

Invite people: paste one or more email addresses and pick a role. Each gets an email with a sign-up link (where email is set up) and joins your organization when they sign up. On Decretum cloud, up to 50 addresses a day.
Pending invites can be revoked until they're used.
Change a role from each person's row. See Roles and access.
Remove someone: their account stops working immediately and can be restored for 14 days. After that, their name and email are replaced, while what they wrote and approved stays in place. For someone who simply left, you can keep their name on their work instead.

Under Organization:

Rename the organization.
Who can create new tags: anyone who writes decisions, admins and approvers, or admins only. See Tags.
Download all of the organization's data.
Close the organization: everyone is signed out immediately, and every admin gets an email with a link to cancel within 14 days. After that, everything is deleted for good.

Decisions an admin deletes stay under Recently deleted decisions for 14 days, where they can be restored. After that they're removed for good.

On your own installation, License shows your plan and seats, and is where you add a new license file.
