Finding decisions

The Decisions list shows every decision you can see. Search, filters and saved filters narrow it down; the dashboard gives the overview.

Search

The search box looks through titles, summaries and discussions, and shows the matching posts under each decision.

Filters

Filters combine, and each shows how many decisions match:

• Status and tags
• Favorites, Subscribed, Created by me, I've contributed, I'm @mentioned
• Assigned to me, Awaiting my approval (approvers) and Awaiting my acknowledgement
• Restricted and Overdue
• Date created and Last updated, as a recent period or your own date range
• Number of posts

Sorting and views

Sort by last updated, created, date decided, name, status or number of posts, either way round. Show decisions as Full cards, a Compact list, or a Timeline grouped by month, quarter or year.

Saved filters

Set up a combination you use often, then Save filters and give it a name. Your saved filters appear at the top of the filter list, one click away. They're yours alone and follow you across devices, up to 50.

The dashboard

The dashboard is home after signing in. Its sections:

• My decisions: created by me, favorites, awaiting my approval, contributed, awaiting my acknowledgement.
• Overview stats: totals for the whole organization.
• Decisions by status and Decisions by tag.
• Needs attention, Recently approved, Most collaborated, Took longest to resolve and Recent activity.

Every number opens the matching list. Customize reorders or hides sections.
