Your account

Everything about your own account is under Settings, next to the bell.

Signing in

• Decretum cloud: your email address and a 6-digit code we email you, or Google or Microsoft. There's no password. A device stays signed in for 30 days of inactivity. The first time, you're asked for your name.
• Your own installation: email address and password, or Google, Microsoft or single sign-on if your administrator set them up. Forgot password? on the sign-in page emails you a link to choose a new one, valid for an hour.

Settings

• Language: English, Português, Español, Français, Deutsch, 日本語, 한국어 or 繁體中文. Before you sign in, the globe in the top bar does the same.
• Date & time format.
• Email preferences: what gets emailed to you. See Notifications and following.

Other devices

Sign out on other devices ends every session except the one you're using: for a device you no longer use, or if you think someone else has access.

Your data

Download my data exports your account and everything you've authored (decisions you own, posts you've written, approvals you've made) as a JSON file.

Deleting your account

Delete my account deactivates your account immediately. You can cancel from the email link for 14 days; after that your name and email are permanently anonymized, while what you wrote stays in place. You confirm with your password, or by having signed in within the last 15 minutes. The organization's only admin must hand admin to someone else first.
